Alabama River Hardwood
Alabama River Hardwood is recognized worldwide as a benchmark for
quality among southern hardwoods and is used in many papermaking
applications. It is clean, bright, strong and known for its
consistency. It provides good surface characteristics for
papermakers, while delivering excellent bulk. It maintains good drainage throughout refining and
also develops good fiber strength, relative to other hardwoods.
Alabama River Hardwood is 100% ECF bleached and is made from wood
procured through processes certified to both ISO 14001 and the
Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI®)
